Dosely, operated by EFN Group LLC, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by request if you can no longer access it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
01Delete in the App
The fastest way to delete your account is from within Dosely:
Open Dosely and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm Delete in the dialog.
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately when you confirm.
02Request Deletion Without the App
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account at app@dosely.cc with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
03What Data Is Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the data we hold about you, including:
Your account and authentication record (email, account ID)
Profile and onboarding details (research interests, experience level)
Injection and dose logs (dates, compounds, dosages, sites, notes)
Cycle records and cost estimations
Vial inventory records
Progress photos, if any
Feedback and bug reports you submitted
Push notification tokens
04What We Retain
Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for product analytics.
Records we are legally required to keep — for example, transaction and tax records related to subscription purchases — are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
