Delete Your Account

Dosely, operated by EFN Group LLC, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by request if you can no longer access it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

01Delete in the App

The fastest way to delete your account is from within Dosely. The steps are the same on iOS and Android:

• Open Dosely and sign in.
• Go to the Settings tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm Delete in the dialog.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately when you confirm.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your Account Settings in the App Store (iOS) or in your subscription settings in Google Play (Android).

02Request Deletion Without the App

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account at app@dosely.cc with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

03What Data Is Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data we hold about you, including:

• Your account and authentication record (email, account ID)
• Profile and onboarding details (research interests, experience level)
• Protocols (compound names, dosages, frequencies, notes)
• Injection and dose logs (dates, compounds, dosages, sites, notes)
• Cycle records and cost estimations
• Vial inventory records
• Progress photos, if any
• Feedback and bug reports you submitted
• Push notification tokens

04What We Retain

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for product analytics.
• Records we are legally required to keep — for example, transaction and tax records related to subscription purchases — are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
