To get a faster answer, include the email address on your Dosely account, the device you are using, and what you saw on screen. For a billing question, tell us which sign-in method you used when you subscribed: Apple, Google, or email.
02I Subscribed, but Dosely Still Asks Me to Pay
Dosely Pro is attached to your Dosely account, not to your app store account on its own. Signing in with Apple, with Google, and with an email address each create a separate Dosely account. If you subscribed on one of them and later signed in with another, the new account has no subscription on it.
- Sign out, then sign back in using the method you first used.
- On the plan screen, tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Restore lives on the plan screen, not in Settings.
- If it still does not unlock, email app@dosely.cc and tell us the sign-in method you used to subscribe. We can look up the purchase and move it to the account you are using.
One thing that surprises people: a free trial can only be used once per app store account. If you have trialled Dosely before, a new subscription starts as a paid plan straight away rather than as another free trial.
03Cancelling and Refunds
Your subscription is billed by Apple or by Google, so it is cancelled in your app store account rather than inside Dosely.
- iPhone: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then tap Dosely.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Dosely.
- If you already have Pro, there is a shortcut inside the app: go to Settings, then Subscription, then Manage Subscription, which opens the subscription management screen.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. For a purchase made on iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase made on Android, request it through Google Play support.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Dosely account does not cancel billing, so cancel first if you want both.
04Fixing a Dose or a Vial You Entered by Mistake
A dose
Every logged dose can be edited or removed. Find the dose, either by tapping a day in the consistency grid on Home or by opening the protocol and scrolling to its dose history. Tap the ··· button next to it and choose Edit dose, time, or site to change the amount, the date and time, or the injection site, or choose Delete to remove it. You can also log a dose for a time that has already passed by changing the date and time in the log sheet before you save.
A vial
Open the vial from the Fridge. What you can do depends on what the vial is attached to:
- No doses logged and no protocol linked: the trash button deletes it.
- Doses already logged against it: the trash button is intentionally greyed out, because deleting the vial would take those dose records with it. Use the hide button instead. Hiding archives the vial and keeps its history.
- Linked to a protocol: unlink it from the protocol first, then hide it.
The caption under those buttons always tells you which case you are in, for example "3 logged doses, hide to archive without losing history".
05Schedules That Are Not Every Few Days
The Frequency screen inside a protocol has three modes, and two extra controls sit alongside them. Between them they cover the schedules we are asked about most:
- Interval: every N days, or every N hours if you switch the unit from Days to Hours.
- Days: pin the protocol to chosen weekdays, for example Monday and Thursday. Use this instead of Interval when "every 3 or 4 days" keeps drifting off the days you actually want.
- Times: several doses in the same day, each at its own clock time.
- Cycle on / off: a rest pattern such as 5 days on and 2 days off, which then repeats.
- Titration: a dose that steps up at chosen points, so a protocol can start low and increase on its own.
If you built a protocol before these controls existed, open it and set the frequency again to pick them up.
06A Compound or Blend That Is Not in the List
You can track anything, whether or not it is in our catalog. Type the name into the compound search. When nothing matches, a row appears at the bottom offering Use "your name". Tap it to add it as a custom compound. If you are creating a protocol you then pick a category, which sets the card color and how it groups in your stack. If you are adding a vial, it saves straight away.
Blends are supported as well, both the common named blends in the catalog and blended vials you enter yourself.
07Privacy, Terms, and Deleting Your Account
